Literally, this cake name Bosschebollen, because of this cake is originally from a region in the Holland country named Den Bosch and the shape of the cake itself like Bol or a Ball. This cake is considered as a dessert. This Dutch Éclairs tastes sweet and rich fatty creamy that melted in the mouth every single bite.
